Footprints gatherings are a personal and collective prayer for our evolution towards greater connection, love and unity, without spiritually bypassing the lived experience. To unite through the love of yoga, and inspired action creating footprints for our ancestors, past, present and future.

Spring Equinox occurs when the Sun crosses the equator line, heading north. It marks the start of the spring season in the northern half of the globe. From this point the Northern Hemisphere begins to be tilted more toward the Sun, day by day the daylight hours increase peaking at Summer Solstice. During the re-emergence of the light we gather in community to continue planting and tending to the seeds of our intentions and prayers through practices re-membered from our ancestors.
