MyoYin is the integration of myofascial release techniques with Yin Yoga practice (long, static stretches)
Individually both myofascial release techniques and Yin Yoga are designed to release deeply held tension in the body, improve mobility, enhance the integrity of the tissues, and optimise energy flow - helping to reduce pain and inflammation and support in revitalising the body’s own self-healing nature. By combining the two modalities, the effects are amplified and often felt immediately.
5th June - MyoYin for the Upper Body
12th June - MyoYin for the Spine
19th June - MyoYin for the Lower Body
26th June - MyoYin for the Front & Back Body
YOU WILL NEED: 2 tennis balls 🎾 🎾, 2 yoga blocks 🧱(or books), a bolster (or pillow), a blanket and a sock 🧦
