Well Woman Yoga Circle is a therapeutic and nurturing approach to yoga, created to support women’s health and vitality. This 75-minute session weaves together practices to help balance energy, regulate emotions, and restore a deep sense of belonging.

The circle offers a gentle combination of:
– Well Woman yoga to support different stages of life including menstruation, fertility, postnatal recovery and menopause
– Yoga Nidra for deep replenishing rest
– A soothing gong sound bath
– Pranayama meditation to regulate energy and reduce stress

Rooted in the ancient rhythm of women gathering together, this circle is a sacred space to pause, rest and replenish. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the cycles of nature.
